Compare - This Oceanview penthouse has none of the obstacles of typical 100 room high-rises located far from activities. Watching dolphins go past high up on the terrace, you’d never guess how many attractions were nearby. Walk to the left to access free tennis and pickle courts, competitive volleyball, and a world-renowned drum circle. To the right is the Siesta Key Village with live entertainment and 20 bars and restaurants. Directly in front are two of the best beaches on the island, both so close you could hold your breath while walking to them.
Notable - Whether it’s solitude or activities you, and anyone you visit with, will find what you’re looking for here. The proximity of a wide variety of activities and having two of the island s favorite beach is right in front will make a 7-day visit feel like a 14-day getaway. Also, nothing refreshes the spirit like a private balcony, so Hoppys biggest attraction has to be the 400 square-foot terrace. What could compare to spending days and evenings looking out over the Gulf of Mexico then falling asleep and waking up to the sound of the waves.

Beach Gear - Correction for Air-b-n-b listings. We provide beach towels and beach chairs at every location, umbrellas and carts at most locations, and do not provide "snorkeling gear" at any locations. Sorry for the confusion. Snorkeling gear can be rented or purchased nearby.

Terms - There is a 50% refund for bookings canceled 60 days before arrival. Bookings canceled less than 60 days before arrival are nonrefundable, but travel insurance is available for purchase on vacation rental bookings. Guest agrees to keep common areas beautiful, peaceful and clean. Guest agrees to refrain from loud noises after 9:30 PM. Guest agrees to hold the Property Manager and Owner harmless from any liability for injuries while on vacation.
Cancellation Protection - Reservations receive a 50% refund when cancellation is made 60 days or more prior to scheduled check-in. Bookings canceled less than 60 days before arrival are nonrefundable.
