This package can accommodate up to 11 people and includes 1BR/1Bath unit and additional 2BR/2Bath unit. Leave the car behind! Perfectly located steps to the best beaches, shopping, dining, and entertainment on Siesta Key. Free parking, Al-fresco dining and grilling, but just 90 steps to the Access 7, Siesta's Top Beach. Sure to provide a combination of fun and relaxation you can't get in other getaways.
The Location - This will be “easy” just like vacations are supposed to be. It’s just a one-block walk to all the best of the Siesta Village - fresh oysters, seafood, tropical drinks, ice cream, entertainment, and even gourmet donuts. The beaches here are the widest on the island, have panoramic views of the gulf to the North-West-and-South, and are the top spot in North America for viewing sunsets. The water is shallow clear and calm with white quartz-sand tide-pools perfect for sleeping drinking or playing. You can swim or “often” wade to Sand Dollar Island, a naturally occurring white sand cay popular with dolphin’s sand-dollars and “occasionally” giant-conch. This is the only spot on Siesta where you can go from the water to lunch or dinner and back to the sand without putting on your shirt and shoes.
Bear Gear - Correction for Air-b-n-b listings. We provide beach towels and beach chairs at every location, umbrellas and carts at most locations, and do not provide "snorkeling gear" at any locations. Sorry for the confusion. Snorkeling gear can be rented or purchased nearby.
Support Post Booking - I understand vacation time is precious and my job is to make sure you get the most out of it. My number is the only contact information you need. My units are already at the top attractions on the island. Cars are never required, but if you have one you get a private parking space. Check-in any day of the week at any time using your private door-code. No requirement ever at checkout. Free early/late check-in/check-out, whenever possible. Never hidden fees or solicitations of any kind. No paper contracts and easy booking. I’ll phone you to touch base after booking and the week vacation starts. Five days before arrival I’ll email instructions including your door-code address and guidebook. One day prior to arrival I’ll send you a “Reminder” email with all the same information.
When you book with me you get a fully accessible and knowledgeable owner/host and reliable advice from a G-approved local expert. I can recommend the best spot for fishing or fresh fish, Michigan or Ohio State games, romantic-dinners marriage-proposals or singles, Eco-tourism, family friendly activities, or safe ways to lose your kids when you need a break. For the less extroverted, every booking comes with an unabashed guidebook detailing the property, all my favorite things to do in the area, and never any advertisements or solicitations. This is the only rental offering of its kind on the key.
Events - Many of our properties are wonderful locations for gatherings. Gatherings involving third party vendors or visitors outside your occupancy limit ""might"" be permitted, but only with prior authorization. Event fees will apply including location fees of between $1000 and $3000 and guest fees of $19 per person in excess of your occupancy limit. Out of consideration for all our travelers, hosting an event requires booking every unit at your property location.
Terms - *We do not allow cancellations and all reservation payments are non-refundable, but travel insurance is available for purchase. *Events or gatherings involving outside vendors or guests are allowed with prior owner approval and event fees. *At properties containing shared areas, Guest agrees to keep them beautiful, peaceful and clean. *Guest agrees to hold the Property Manager and Owner harmless from any liability for injuries while on vacation."
Terms - *There is a 50% refund for bookings canceled 60 days before arrival. Bookings canceled less than 60 days before arrival are nonrefundable, but travel insurance is available for purchase on vacation rental bookings. *Events or gatherings involving outside vendors or a headcount in excess of the combined occupancy rate are allowed with prior owner approval and payment of event fees."
Cancellation Protection - Trip-Protection can be added to cover unexpected cancellations and accidental damages. Reservations with Trip-Protection receive a 60% refund when cancellation is made 30 days or more prior to scheduled check-in. Trip-Protection is an optional added cost of 6% of the booking total, and must be elected within 48 hours of booking and no less than 30 days prior to checkin. To add Trip-Protection to your booking just email us a request. To cancel a booking just email adding “cancel my booking" in the subject, and the reservation number and guest name in the body. Bookings without Trip-Protection are welcome, but nonrefundable.
